A National Initiative Led by the League for Innovation
The Center for Workforce Solutions (CWS) is an initiative powered by the League for Innovation in the Community College, a national leader in advancing community college education. The League's board of directors is made up of CEOs from 19 influential, resourceful, and dynamic community colleges in North America. These leaders, along with key industry leaders and organizations, provide strategic direction for CWS’s work.
CWS is led by the League for Innovation, in close collaboration with Futures Inc., a leader in workforce development and technology solutions. Together, we are addressing the workforce crisis by creating scalable, impactful solutions that meet the evolving demands of the workforce. By aligning the workforce ecosystem, CWS ensures that every student has a clear path to a high-demand career, driving economic growth and opportunity across North America.
